We are Heritage Property Services, a family-run exterior cleaning team based a short drive south at Marlbrook, near Bromsgrove. We work right across Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and north Worcestershire, and Kings Norton sits comfortably inside our regular patch. Kings Norton is not one kind of place. Around the Green stand the medieval St Nicolas' Church, the restored Old Grammar School and the Saracen's Head, with older brick buildings scattered beside them. Step away from there and it changes quickly: Victorian and Edwardian terraces near the station, long rows of bay-fronted interwar semis, the large council estates at Pool Farm and Primrose Hill, and small closes of newer houses filling the gaps between them.
