This website is operated by Heritage Property Services (“we”, “us”, “our”), a domestic and commercial exterior-cleaning company serving Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and north Worcestershire. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What information we collect
We only collect what we need to give you a quote and provide our services:
- Contact & quote details you give us through our quote calculator or contact form — your name, email, phone number, property address/postcode, property type and the services you’re interested in.
- Website usage data — anonymous statistics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate region), collected via Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send your quote and respond to your enquiry.
- To arrange, provide and manage the cleaning services you request.
- To improve our website and understand which of our services and areas are of interest.
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent (for enquiries and analytics cookies) and our legitimate interests in responding to you and running our business.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use two kinds:
- Essential cookies — needed for the website to work. These are always on.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — help us measure how the site is used. These are off by default and only set if you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner. You can decline, and you can change your mind at any time.
Sharing your information

We keep enquiry and customer details only as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, then delete them. Analytics data is retained in aggregate, anonymised form.
